I am happy to announce today that Dirty Dog Sunglasses have agreed to supply me with sunglasses and goggles for my future expeditions. I wore Dirty Dog Sunglasses on my previous North Pole expedition and found them incredibly reliable and extremely well suited for for the Polar regions.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Adam Sieders and Dirty Dog for their support.

Dirty Dog sunglasses was founded in 1980 by a collective of leading scientists and designers. From our dedication to innovation a sunglass unsurpassed in style and performance with the discovery of TR90 – A light weight and virtually unbreakable compound. The lenses were also decentralised for optimum visual performance. Dirty dog is in demand from successful sports people as a sunglass that can be relied on to perform in extreme conditions. When an athlete is pushing their body to the limit, they can be confident their eyewear is not going to fail them. For that we can thank the Dirty Dog team, who work to produce the best for those who want to perform at their best.

The last few months for me have without a doubt been some of the busiest I’ve ever had. I have visited almost every state and Territory in Australia and spoken for over 8000 people along the way.

I did a few really interesting speaking jobs for Unileaver Australasia in August and what I mean by interesting was their locations - not your usual conference spots.

The first one at Minus 5 bar in Sydney. It was a fantastic location to speak and quite fitting. After having a quick drink in the Ice bar which of course is completely made of ice, we made our way down to a private room where I spoke to about 19 staff from Unileaver and there ad agency DDB, I have to say it was a fantastic afternoon and we all had a more laid back chat after my presentation.

It was a pleasure meeting you all and I thank you for a great afternoon. It was also great working with Mike Read from 6 Degrees and the guys from Adrenalin.

I was asked to speak again for Unileaver later in August which was an amazing day, we had 3 Sydney 38 yachts, and I gave my presentation to the group before boarding the boats to spend the afternoon racing on the Hawkesbury, it was a great way to spend a sunny Tuesday.

I spoke for Austcorp Consulting at the Ocean Room in Sydney a few weeks ago as well. Austcorp are one of the Australia’s leading recruitment firms and David Harrison their GM invited me to come and speak at a function for their clients, again I had a great night and there are few better places to be then on Sydney Harbour.

Well here we are!

It’s been a long time coming but I finally have my site up and running. I have to admit it has been a pretty smooth process much to my surprise. Please have a look around and tell me what you think.

I really want to thank the guys at GO4 Web design in the sunny city of Melbourne for developing my web site to my needs; it has been great working with you all.

It has been a hectic few months and there is a lot to report so stay tuned for more.
